Shipping policy

  1. In-House Shipping: We ship items from our Tampa office once per week using either FedEx or UPS. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number along with an estimated delivery date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your item during transit, please contact the respective shipping company directly for assistance.

  2. Third-Party Fulfillment: Certain items are fulfilled by third parties and shipped directly to you from their location. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification containing your shipping details. Please note that we do not have control over the choice of carrier for these items. Estimated arrival times for such items are clearly indicated and available for your reference prior to making a purchase. Similar to our in-house shipping, we do not provide customer support for shipping-related inquiries or issues pertaining to these third-party fulfilled items.

However, once the item is in transit, any queries or concerns regarding the delivery should be addressed directly with the respective shipping company.
